When booking we booked a private transfer which wasn't much cost wise, so glad we did as we didn't have to wait in line to get our room,
Pls pls pls book a pool view / sea view as if not you could end up getting a view of a half built hotel opposite , plus it's on the main road so it's noisy at night, we would have been very disappointed if we had one of these rooms,,,
The room we had looked out onto the main pool ( which was freezing cold) but had the sun in the afternoon evening, not a very big balcony but ok for just us two to sit with small table,,,,
Nice large shower no bath, but was cleaned daily.
Beds are very low down but comfy, no tea / coffee kettle in room, but a fridge, there was a tv not sky news nor much good programs but we did find the odd thing to watch..
the food was excellent, if people have written bad things about the food , I really can't understand why, there Wes different restaurants there so plenty to try out,,,
The hotel is right along the sea front you just have to walk across a little path and you are on the most beautiful clean beach..... we loved it...will go back ..

Room Tip: Ask for pool/ sea view, Or you may get a half finished building site,

I stayed here august 25th unti september 8th 2017. It was the 1st time taking my 8 year old daughter away by myself. The 2nd day she was taken ill with pyelonethiritis which is caused by ecoli. She got it from the swimming pool. She was on a drip for the 1st 4 days of out holiday. This ruined our hikiday as we coukdnt get a flight back home. My advise would be to keep your children out of the pool. This was my worsed holiday ever.

We returned from a weeks stay at this lovely hotel at the beginning of September. The hotel is excellent, staff efficient, polite and very helpful. The grounds are very well maintained and access to the promenade and beach is made through the gardens at the rear of the hotel. There is an excellent choice of food at breakfast, lunch and evening meal. We ate at the Asian restaurant one evening which was very good. The main restaurant held themed evenings, one of which had a Bulgarian theme so we didn't book for the Bulgarian restaurant as we had sampled many of the local specialities here. As previous reviews have mentioned, the pools were cold and the evening entertainment was a let down. Apart from this, we could not fault any aspect of the hotel. We visited Nessebar old town, a beautiful place with lots of cobbled streets and lovely shops and restaurants. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and hope to return in the future.

My boyfriend and I have just returned from a week here, from the moment we arrived we just couldn't get over how nice the hotel was. We enjoyed the hotel more than Sunny Beach itself. The food was quite repetitive but at the same time there was a great selection of foods which tasted so so good! We did struggle with the language barrier so we were grateful to have our Thomson rep there when needed. Overal, we had a great experience, would definitely return and I definitely recommend this hotel.

Very friendly people in the hotel and out. The hotel is clean and well appointed. The meals could be taken at several restaurants on site (more later).Several bars scattered about the large site.Impeccably clean. The one downside for me was a meal at the Sunset restaurant. A bad start the bottle of wine was tainted (nobodies fault). The starter was good, the main course was a disaster. Wild boar. Six small pieces of meat, a small serving of veg. No side dishes. The meat was the consistency of plastic. Meat and sauce disgusting. Desert no better. Others say they had good meals.

Room Tip: The catalogue says it all.
