We slept in a different hotel but used the hotel bar, pool, restaurant etc, but we all wished we stayed in this hotel! It was above and beyond anything else we saw in our 2 weeks in sunny beach.

The pool is beautiful and the sun stays on it till about 6pm and is very clean.
The cocktails are around 9 Lev for 2, and theyre really really well made, but all the drinks (non-alcoholic) are really good too.
The food is ammaaaazzinnggg! One thing we did notice in the 2 weeks we spent in Sunny beach is that most of the food is just so bland, but at the babylon the food is better than anything i've tasted anywhere... ever! It's also just the average price of food anywhere else, so its by far the best quality but at the same price as anywhere else.
Staff are really nice, really laid back and easy to talk to and if you can only speak English (like us) theyre all very fluent.

All in all, if we ever go back to bulgaria, we will come and pay extra to stay here.

Room Tip: We didn't stay in the hotel, but had to review this place because it was amazing. You won't...

We just got back from 2 weeks at this hotel and absolutely loved it. The hotel is beautifully decorated and our room was spacious with a luxury shower room with a 5 jet shower. The maids came in while we had breakfast so our room was cleaned immediately we left it. We had booked bed and breakfast and the breakfast did not disappoint. We also had lunch and dinner there a couple of times and the food was always excellent. But what made our holiday special was the staff. From the managers, bar people, receptionists, waiters and driver, they were all brilliant. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough, it's a hidden gem. Try it! You won't be disappointed!

Room Tip: We had asked for a pool view and even though there was music at the pool bar, it never kept us awake...

Rooms were immaculate, the cleaners came very quickly each morning while we were at breakfast so we came back for our post-breakfast nap to a nice clean room. The bed was huge - super-king I'd assume. The shower was great, we had to be careful not to flood the bathroom when we used the 5-jet option though. TV had a couple of english channels. The rooms were also double-glazed so when we had the balcony door shut, we couldn't hear a thing.
The pool was clean and quiet. The pool bar was great, although at this time of the season, it's not 24hrs as advertised. Beers at the pool bar were 2.50Lev (£1.25) and cocktails were two for one all day (approx £3).
The staff were very friendly and helpful, with the exception of one of the receptionists who didn't have the best grasp of the english language and ended up putting the whole payment for the room through on my card, even though we asked if we could only put half on it.
Other than that I have no complaints.
The hotel is about a 10min walk from the main strip, close enough to be convenient for a few drinks every night, but far enough away so you can relax of a day time without feeling like you're in the thick of it.
Oh and the breakfast is great. I recommend the ham and cheese toastie!

I absolutely loved this hotel. They have an immaculate pool and sundeck with a bar and restaurant.
This is a hidden gem, they don't cater to the big tour groups.
Small grocer within 50 feet.
My room had a big stand-up shower with the super 5-spray option. No tub.
Everything was very clean, neat, and well maintained. Rooms were immaculate. Nice balcony. Pool was amazing, very clean, very new. Not really a full service hotel, but close. Desk staff always had a big smile. Staff were very helpful. Restaurant food was great, unfortunately I slept through breakfast everyday. Nice range of tv channels. Self-service bar/fridge in the room. Prices of food and services were very reasonable. Pool was never crowded.

Con:
It is a short walk to the beach, and it is a little away from the main club area, but still walkable.

Room Tip: Just ask to be overlooking the pool, can't go wrong

The room (including bathroom) was really great: big, clean, comfortable, and it has everything you would expect from a very good 4 star hotel.

Staff was very nice and some of them speak English quite ok. Free WIFI.

Location is about 5-7 minutes walking from the beach. Balcony view is towards the pool + pool bar, but you have a strange feeling that you are very near to the other Hotel, there is not to much space between them, there are no large gardens or something like that. Also the breakfast was not that great, and they provide small shampoo, soap, etc only when arriving, there is no daily refill (like in other hotels). Parking is outdoor.

Other than that is really great. Excellent value for the money. In short words: You will get the room comfort of a good 4* hotel, a breakfast of a 3* hotel but all this for a price of a 3* hotel that is reasonable well located. I definitely recommended.
