Ok hotel but same food every day staff were very abusive n thought it was ok for the male pool attendant to put his hands on young girls and take photos of them in the pool, beds not changed once in 2 weeks , items going missing out of room, entertainment was about 20 mins every 4 days watered down lager , milk running out in coffee machine everyday, animation team are good with kids and friendly but the receptionist and security bully the kids and won’t let them play games so if u have any kids or teenage daughters avoid this place like the plaque I will never be returning to this place run down and corrupt n certainly not a 4 * !!!!

I went to this 4 star should be know star. To start when we got there we had a tiny room at the back of the hotel over looking run down yards and homes . But they did give us a room over looking the pool where we witnessed the staff cleaning there feet in it the pool side tables and filling up umbrella stands . We had a broken fridge in a cubard full of dust . There were cobwebs on the bed seatee. The staff were rude the food was horrible they don’t cater for English at all .choice of drinks alinclusive were waterd down larger ,grape brandy ,brandy , whiskey , vodka, gin water down fizzy and water down juice that taste of water .we had to eat out every day we only had toast there for breakfast. And chicken once beacause we knew it was fresh as someone saw them kill them out the back . We read the reviews and thought it carnt be that bad but believe me it is .i will never travel with Balkan again all the hotels are the same apparently.We spoke to others there and people in the airport . There is a bar out side it to the front call diamond but it’s not there’s so we went there staff were lovely.I refused to drink in there and give them my money . Also there is no entertainment at all no games around the hotlel or pool and nothing at all for children. Rant over

The hotel was meant to be a four star hotel but this was the worst four star hotel I have ever stayed in. we stayed three days and when we arrived it took them an hour to sort our room out as they insisted we had Only booked two rooms with three beds in each room even when given the booking voucher. We where reluntantly given a third room eventually. The food is the same every day break fast lunch and dinner. No snacks in between and if they run out of anything they don’t care just say too late it’s run out. Ie water melon and plums plus ice cream for dessert but within an hour of the two hour slot if anything had run out then that was it.
Drinks are limited to two per person and in small plastic cups even beer. They serve the following drinks white and red wine. Beer. Fizzy orange lemon coke and tonic water and orange juice. Ok so what does someone who has diabetics have to drink. Their response was water or you can buy Diet Coke from the on-site super market.
The room was only cleaned once during our stay. Cleaned badly that we had a drawer of condoms and socks from the previous guests.
Hotel does not have enough sun beds or umbrellas for the number of guests.
Staff refuses to serve guests drinks after 9pm and didn’t want to deal with the issue.
Air con in the bedroom is totally useless and when you complain you get told to open the balcony door instead. Lobby internet does nothing for you as they want you to pay for it instead.
Would I stay here again no way. Would I recommend it no way Unless you don’t mind a two star quality hotel. talking to a local I was advised that most hotels pay for the stars and this looks like one of them.
