The hotel was meant to be a four star hotel but this was the worst four star hotel I have ever stayed in. we stayed three days and when we arrived it took them an hour to sort our room out as they insisted we had Only booked two rooms with three beds in each room even when given the booking voucher. We where reluntantly given a third room eventually. The food is the same every day break fast lunch and dinner. No snacks in between and if they run out of anything they don’t care just say too late it’s run out. Ie water melon and plums plus ice cream for dessert but within an hour of the two hour slot if anything had run out then that was it.
Drinks are limited to two per person and in small plastic cups even beer. They serve the following drinks white and red wine. Beer. Fizzy orange lemon coke and tonic water and orange juice. Ok so what does someone who has diabetics have to drink. Their response was water or you can buy Diet Coke from the on-site super market.
The room was only cleaned once during our stay. Cleaned badly that we had a drawer of condoms and socks from the previous guests.
Hotel does not have enough sun beds or umbrellas for the number of guests.
Staff refuses to serve guests drinks after 9pm and didn’t want to deal with the issue.
Air con in the bedroom is totally useless and when you complain you get told to open the balcony door instead. Lobby internet does nothing for you as they want you to pay for it instead.
Would I stay here again no way. Would I recommend it no way Unless you don’t mind a two star quality hotel. talking to a local I was advised that most hotels pay for the stars and this looks like one of them.

I’ll start by saying the rooms are nice and big and clean. We stayed for 2 weeks and I think we ate in the hotel 3 times food is awful the restaurant smells awful the staff are rude and don’t speak your lucky to get a grunt. We waited in a que for 20 minuets for plates then waited again for cutlery. Pool area is ok but the entertainment is only one lad he did waterpolo in the afternoon (with adults) nothing for kids. They is a lifeguard you’ll find him asleep around the pool somewhere. Nighttime entertainment doesn’t exist it’s basically a free for all at the pool bar impossible to get a seat. Overall it’s a fine place to sleep that’s what we did Bulgaria has amazing places to eat and is very cheap so if you’ve booked just eat and drink out.

Hotel is not 4* our room was 533 it was big but very dated, dirty, dusty, cob webs and plugs hanging off the wall however beds are so comfy, usually I can’t sleep abroad but slept every night. The food is ok, a lot of it tastes good the only thing is it’s the same food every day, chicken, rice,salad, pizza and meatballs. All inclusive drinks are pointless the gas goes all the time in the pop machine so mostly not available or tastes vile. There isn’t much chose and the vodka tastes like paint stripper. The all inclusive bar is tiny and never anywhere to sit as not big enough for the hotel and the amount of guests. Pool is nice and a fair size however not enough sun beds for the number of guests so have to get there early to get a bed. It states in the reception that there is an animation team providing entertainment and games throughout the day but this isn’t the case out of 7 days we played volleyball once and that’s because we met a group of English and started to play ourselves and then people joined in. The location of the hotel is fantastic as literally a 2 minute walk from the strip and all the shops but far enough away to be away from all the noise at night time. I would go back to this hotel because of the price and the location but next time go self catering as so cheap to eat and drink out!
