I have recently stayed at this hotel and it isn’t as bad as all of these people are making out! Okay, the lady in reception can’t speak a great deal of English, yet she had a smile on her face from the moment we went to check in and she really did try her best to communicate with us. There were a couple of issues with the room which included: the shower not being able to be mounted on the wall as the clip had broken and the air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms did continuously go off but other than this, there were no issues. The room was cleaned on a daily basis, beds changed and towels were chanced once every 2 days. The family room was one of the best I have ever stayed in as it was 2 rooms joined by 2 doors in the middle that could only be opened from inside the room (meaning that if I shut my door, nobody could open it from the other side) which is great for older teens who like their own space and privacy. The hotel is in an amazing place because you are less than a minute away from the strip where you can have an enjoyable meal and the alcohol is very cheap too! All together, this hotel is a nice place to stay and really not as bad as some people say it is. I couldn’t tell you about the pool area, bar area or restaurant as I was bed and breakfast. I think this hotel is definitely worth it!

Had a good time at this hotel. Food was ok and staff was polite. My early swims most mornings (8am) helped get rid of that hangover from the night before. Fair sized pool... Good location for the beach and nearby shops. Would consider going back here because of the location and caring staff. Clean team did an awesome job and was friendly each time. Also loved the hotel friendly ginger kitten which made friends with everyone. Will miss this place...

Just back from another 2 week stay at the Regina. Hotel is situated in a great location. Just yards from the main strip with all the eating and drinking places and lots of shops too. Room in hotel cleaned to a high standard, and towels changed daily. Cannot fault the cleaners but all other staff are very complacent and not the most helpful. Food not to our taste ( but we go bed and breakfast) as food is delicious and cheap along the strip. Lovely poolside to relax at - but no staff align the sun beds at end of day. So how it is left at night is how you find it in the morning.

Great hotel in the heart of Sunny Beach and very near to the beach. My wife and I found the hotel to be nice and clean, staff were polite and helpful and the cleaners changed the towels every day, changed the bedding mid week and always swept up and left new toilet rolls. Bars, 3 of them, were well stocked and staff were very free with the size of the shorts, not so short if you get my drift. The food was as you would expect in most foreign countries although it wasn`t piping hot it was warm and with plenty of variety. If you want to go abroad and eat English food then do not go all inclusive there are plenty of bars and restaurants around the area that will fulfil your needs.
The hotel has a small shop attached to it which is well stocked with the most basic needs for your stay. Again the couple running it were polite and helpful.
The pool is well maintained and is plenty big enough for the size of the hotel with plenty of sun loungers and seatting areas around it and the bar area.
My only critisim is that the outdoor/pool bar closes a little early,2100 hoursalthough you can go to the lounge bar and take drinks outsideI would have liked to see the pool bar open a couple of hours longer.
The Reginas location is right in the heart of Sunny beach with lots of bars, restaurants and shops very near by. At midnight the bars have to turn off the music so you can get a peaceful nights rest even though they are near by. The beach is well looked after with plenty of life guards around.
