I have paid a lot more for holidays that have not been nearly as good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and nice large rooms . Good selection of good food. My husband and I both put weight on by over eating as it was so nice. Never was there a mark on a tablecloth, immediately you finished with your plate it was removed and any crumbs swept away. Sam and Anton the barmen did an exellent job. The only thing we did not like was the Security man (Stoiyan) who never smiled or spoke to anyone. I got the immpression the staff seemed scared of him. As soon as the outside bar closed he would take the television away although guests were still drinking and football was only halfway through the game. Well done and THANK YOU to everyone.

I had a great time in this hotel. It was very nice. The rooms were big and clean.
The staff was very friendly. Aspecialy the girl on the reception Diana was very nice. She spoke very good english so I could talk to her and she answered my questions. She showed me the sights of Nessebar. It was very nice to met her. I also liked the barkeeper Sam. He was also very nice and friendly.
The food was good and rich in variety. They had a nice clean pool.
I think I would return to this hotel because I had a great time there. Thanks to the great stuff :-)

This hotel really tried hard, the staff were great Sam the barman was a joy always helpful the bar was well stocked and his gin and tonics were not to be missed.

The food whilst mostly Bulgarian it was well cooked and presented and plenty of it, the cook did a great job.

I would return to this hotel and would like to say that the idea it was used by the hour laughable

I found the rooms lovely , staff friendly ..we were on the second floor in a nice clean room .
This i am afraid is the only praise i can give this Hotel .
The food was repetitive and never hot , the all inclusive Bar outside in the rain and held nothing Diet , having discovered that out of the 15 guests , 9 were Diabetic this was unhelpful, we were told we could buy diet coke from the indoor bar at 4 Lev a go for a small bottle (£2) as our stay was all inclusive i found this insulting.
But the icing on the cake had to be finding out they let rooms by the hr for what can only be described as loud and disgusting !! so glad i had no children with me .
Not only would i not return here i would advice that you look else where .

Room Tip: Save your money and dissapointment and go some where else !!!

first of all, the staff was so unprofessional exception being the nice old lady who was cleaning our rooms. the food always the same, something with tomatoes. i eat almost everything but i really expected more from a 4 stars hotel. we had an all inclusive deal, so the drinks were free but they lacked ingredients for the cocktails, the beer had no taste whatsoever, and the bartender was always very bored.
the room was clean but the sheets were burned in some parts, cigarette burn i guess.
i really do not recommend this hotel, unless they change the staff.
