We spent 10 nights there, so we got a pretty complete picture. The room was 4 *, except the air-cond. which blew straight on one of the beds. The cleaners and the hotel staff were friendly enough, except the pool bartender who never smiled and couldn't speak English. The pool was clean but small and the sundecks were never enough, some guests kept them occupied all day long with their towels. The beach was not very far (~300 m.) the sea was gorgeous and warm. Sunny Beach has no shade, all the vegetation was cut out to make room for the numerous hotels built, so you cannot cool yourself when outside it's hot. The food was the weak aspect, not varied, cakes almost in-existent, fruit likewise, the salads the same every day. We are not very fond of stews, but there was plenty, or the food was cooked in this manner, so we didn't enjoy our meals. Luckily, the good weather made up for this inconvenience.

Room Tip: The hotel is quite new, so the rooms are o.k.

Hotel was not as described on site-small pool was constantly used by people leaving their towels on the loungers and then going out for the day. Didn't get to use it once-a bit of a shame having a small child with us. Had to use the water park up the road for a charge of 6 leva each time.
The hotel was not good at all-pretty much ruined our stay-rarely left enough towels for the 3 of us, the food was average and repetitive-especially if you are vegetarian, all inclusive drinks were limited-had to buy own mixers, no information available for English guests, staff were extremely rude and unwilling to help, air con continually leaked onto an open plug socket-staff were not bothered when reported and just left it, cot bed was not changed once and was falling apart-a bit of a death trap for a one year old, our bed sheets had strange stains on them-despite them being changed, constant smell of sewage coming from the drain in the bathroom, my wife also found a used bloodied and faescie stained condom under our bed on the second night-potential health hazard-rooms were not cleaned properly. Take care over the internet con there-they advertise 5 leva for 1 hour use-you must use it in one sitting -otherwise you lose the money-me and my wife found this out-much to our expense! So don't pay for a 60 hour use!
The location is not good-half way between Nessebar-the old town and Sunny beach. Sunny Beach is great if you are in your 20's and like locations like Ibiza! Hell on earth for a family.
The food was cheap as was the drinks-however, eating out was a nightmare- food was not good-and they expect you to tip which I thought was interesting given the quality of sevice. Take care over the power cuts-my daughter fell over and cut her lip open during a black out one evening.
Overal a nice break but an awful holiday considering we paid for an all inclusive. Local people were also very rude also. My wife and I will not be returning to Bulgaria ever again! So glad to be home!

I used to spend one week in hotel forum. I have to say, that the hotel was really ok, it was clean, rooms were nice and tidy. The problems we had:
- the sink was smelly.. we had to cover it with a piece of towel, but it was not that disturbing..
- food was not too diverse, allways the same.. we had all-incl, but sometimes it was not easy to find somebody to give us a drink or anything.. sometimes there were no coffe or milk powder, I was asking for it, sometimes they didn't belive me. You have to be presistent here.
- the beach was nice, the city was nice, but I dislike people there.. They left many litter on beach especially cigars, ruining the beautiful surrounding..

The hotel was situated between the city centre and the old city, I liked it, people seeking for calmness should choose this hotel. BUT the hotel has 2 sides, one is next to a big road, the other side is next to a yard, ask for a quiet room. We had a view of the pool, it was teh most awesome room of the whole hotel, but I don't remember the number of it.. I'll post some pics later.

Forum is a small establishmet with charecter. The ambience is very luxurious and boutique. The room which I stayed was very spacious and well furnished. Bathrooms are clean with all the necessary amenities. There is also delicious food in the restaurant.
