I stayed here for three nights thinking it to be a great place based on old reviews. It seems the management has changed recently and hotel looks to be deserted and lifeless. There is no bar and no room service menu. The only restaurant does not serve the dishes on its menu and compels you to go for its buffets dinners which are hopeless. Otherwise the hotel is beautifully designed with great views of the sea and pool from all the rooms with full glass windows. Poor maintenance and pathetic service with confused and tired staff makes one think not to come to this hotel again. It's not surprising that the hotel staff does not wear uniform and there is no wi-fi in the rooms. Only lobby offer wi-fi with very weak signals.

Communication was very poor....
Room was excellent
Food was superb
Service was average.
But basically they chased us out due to lack of rooms.
Beach is not good, hotel has not done anything to keep the beach clean and tidy.

We had a really nice room with ocean views. It has plenty of room with nice furniture and a huge well-equipped bathroom. Pool is also a huge one and we were able to be there for a long time without getting disturbed by the others,
We had a problem with the TV and they fixed it immediately.
We had a nice breakfast and a dinner. The lunch was a set menu and it was not up to the standard when compared with the other two meals.
The negative points are; We did not have milk nor enough sugar packets to make tea. The other thing is room service did not come to clean the room though we asked them to come telling that they clean only once a day.
Anyway, we were able to enjoy our day very well because of the nice views and we were able to play at the beach with our baby without any disturbances.
I think that the management has to pay more attention to getting maximum benefits out of the well-furnished hotel by providing a better service to the customers. This has really nice rooms when compared with the other hotels. But less customers.
