Picked the 'Hot based on a recommendation from family member and was not disappointed. Done the Mongolian grill before; mostly at Chinese buffets (and not impressed). What we liked about the 'Hot was the very ample variety of meats, veggies, sauces, and oils. Meats and veggies were fresh, cooks were pretty quick, and waitstaff was consistently prompt.
It's not Golden Corral (thank God), so apps, drinks (including some adult beverages), and mains for four was just under $100 with tip. IMHO the value was there, so no complaints. Also, it was Tuesday night and quite a few urchins as they eat free on Tuesday. No rowdy ones, so no issues there as well - glad families can stretch a buck now and then.
In summary, good grub, efficient in all things dining out, and a fair price for what you can eat. We had 2 light eaters, one average eater, and one grizzly bear (large omnivore); all came away quite satisfied.
