We had the best experience here. Our server Gary P. was on the job. He offered us a free wine sample and helped us through the menu. He was very polite and knew just when to show up and ask the right questions. The food was served fresh and hot, and the specialty drinks where quite tasty. We will be back soon and look forward to another great experience, but Gary did set the bar pretty high and It will be hard to beat his service.

Thank Charles S

We were in Burlington Wahington Olive Garden. Our waitress was the worst I've seen anywhere. Rude to other patrons, overly chatty to others to the point she sat with them and talked while others waited for their bill she was holding. She barked at an 80 year old couple to have patience. As she chatted about her life ambition to be a nurse. WOW! Mandy better get some table side manners.
And seafood portofino is no longer on the menu:(

Three couples for dinner at Olive Garden
Pros: We loved their unlimited soup/salad combination. Very tasty, with several different soup choices. Their house wine is very good, as well. Salmon dinner was very good.
Cons: Not very good at seating people on a timely basis, nor does it have a waiting area. People standing all over, getting in each others' way (all the while with open tables within view, and four to five hostesses doing nothing but visiting) - there MUST be a way the restaurant could take advantage of this and find a way to have a larger bar/wait area (for more sales, guys?!)
The Shrimp D'mere dinner was served on a HUGE plate (took up a lot of table room) - it didn't have much flavor and the pasta was sticky. Rather disappointing this evening.

We had lunch at the Olive Garden in Fargo, ND. it is our 8 year old son's fav place - so we've sampled quite a few across the US. My Mom was with us & had bad memories from a visit years ago. Our lunch was a lot of fun & the food was great.

For the first time ever, the wait staff asked we wanted more salad or soup, which we declined. My mom had a new low cal chicken dish with apricot sauce - which was beyond words tasty. My son & I had the dinner for 2 special ($25 for 2 people) - fetticine with a light creamy sauce - mine with shrimp, his with chicken. This option came with 2 small desserts, which had had wrapped up with the rest of each of our meals and ordered the zeppoli's with choc sauce to share. This dessert is amazing & we were shocked when we polished it off after a big lunch.

There was enough left overs for each of us to have for dinner that evening - which was not planned.
The staff was attentive, while not hovering over us. An enjoyable experience for the 3 of us!
