Great Location and Price. The Owner (JR), Jim, Carole and Keith will do all that they can to make Your Stay enjoyable. They were Cordial, Courteous and Helpful. No Complaints at all. Bedroom and Bathroom were very Clean! Great to have Coffee Maker, microwave and small Frig. in room. Bed was Comfortable and Presentable. Location Great, because you can Walk to Supermarket if you want. Quiet because it is not on the main road! Formerly a Days Inn, and now converting over to AMERICAS BEST. Owner Resides on Premises. Owner is Upgrading facility daily!!! Do NOT reserve a room there through a Website Service. Call Motel DIRECTLY!!!
You will receive a Lower Price and know that you have a Room Reserved.

I went hrough Priceline at First and that was a Big Nightmare Mistake. Never again will I reserve a room again through Priceline!!!

Best Lodging Value In Devils Lake!!!

A good Restaurant is right next door.

This place in unbelievable! We went to Devils lake for a hockey tourney over the weekend on short notice and these where the only rooms available. The first room that I entered had puke in the sink and all over the carpet. I looked for a body since the smell was so bad. After that It didn't get much better- another room had used condoms laying outside the door. The towels had brown streaks on them and the showeres smelled like urine. There are no clocks in these rooms and it looked like the cat had kittens on the bed. Slept in cloths and shoes. One room had a quarter glues to the door, not sure why. If you end up staying here take pictures because nobody will believe you if you don't.

Room Tip: don't go here!!

Beds and pillows were lumpy. Towels were stained and frayed. Wallpaper was coming off the walls. Holes in the walls. Shower had large blobs of black mildew. All and all a nasty place for 70 bucks a night. Apparently Devil's Lake does not have any kind of inspections. Nothing good to say other than they did have hot water.

Room Tip: Stay at a different hotel.

Dirty. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. Shower drain plugged. Coffee maker with no coffee pot. No clock in the room. Stains on ceiling and floor. Thin walls...could hear tvs and voices all night. No safety lock on the door on inside of the room. Smells like smoke. Chair was falling apart... I probably would have ended up on the floor if I had sat in it. There is a reason Days Inn dropped this place!

On the plus side, heater worked well and flat-screen tv on the wall! Larger dorm fridge worked well.

Dirty property. Hundreds of cigarette butts everywhere all over the parking lot and sidewalks. Huge trash bin sitting on grass overflowing with garbage that dogs were getting into. Stains on carpet. Table and chairs too big for room's space... No room to use them. Bed comfortable enough but I felt I was overpaying @ $60 for this mess. Ran out of tissue after using 4-5 for my cold. Full of construction workers and loud tvs and voices were audible all evening from rooms next door and below, but it was the only room I could find for the night. Didn't sleep well... and only fake powdered creamer available for breakfast. Not impressed. You deserve better.

Room Tip: Stay away.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. The pictures on here are not anything like what it looks like! We went to devils lake for a ND School Event and Let me tell you, If you have kids stay away! This place is very sketchy, We found blood on the walls, beer in a fridge, all of our rooms smelled like smoke. If you have valuables make sure you lock them or take them with you! We checked for bed bugs, there was not any that we could see. There was spiders in our bathroom, Bullet holes in a window, a base ball bat under the stairs, Dirty microwaves. This place is a good place to stay if you are just passing through, No Swimming Pool, Internet Access. The plus side was the staff was very friendly. Some doors did not have working locks. So beware! There was also a rottweiler roaming around so be careful, My Advise to you if your staying here with kids, is never leave alone!
