This hotel had a lot of amenities that we weren't interested in and thus was more expensive than we wanted. It's location required us to stay there anyway. We chose not to inquire at any other Days Inns on the remainder of our trip because of cost.

We stayed here for 3 nights to spend time with friends in the area for a few days on our way out to Yellowstone NP. We had visited them at the Country Kitchen attached to the hotel last year on our way home from Glacier NP, and thought the kids would really enjoy that water park. And they DID--they spent a few hours every day in the water park on this trip. But the rooms were small and dark (we were in room 106), and smelled a bit funny. I found the beds unsupportive and did not sleep well. On the plus side, there was a fairly loud wedding reception just off the lobby, just down the hall from our room, and we couldn't hear a bit of it when our door was closed. The fitness center, according to my husband, is the best fitness center he's ever seen in a hotel, and he made use of it a few times as well. So, overall, the facilities are nice, including the included hot breakfast at the Country Kitchen (attached), but the rooms are average at best.

We had purchased a Save Coin (half price deal coupon) for this hotel, which is now a Days Inn. So, we took the kids here for a night for the waterpark. They had a lot of fun in the waterpark. We stayed on a Wednesday night and it was not crowded at all, which was very nice. No complaints on the water temp from from the kids. There is a window where you can order drinks, beer, and mixed drinks. They prices were not bad at all. They also offer food like burgers, appetizers, and pizza for a pretty good deal. The rooms were nothing fancy, but they were clean and we had plenty of room. Fridge and microwave in the room. We will return!

Room Tip: We had a room on the first floor near the front desk and had no trouble with noise at all.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The water park was a lot of fun for the kids and adults alike, there were no added fees to use the water park if you were a guest of the hotel, and it was available for our use anytime, including the staff turning on the waterslides early for us so that the kids could have one more swim on the last day before we checked out.

Breakfast (eggs, pancakes, and coffee, juice or milk) at Country Kitchen attached to the hotel was included in the cost of the room, which we appreciated as we try to save money wherever we can as a family of five. In my opinion, Country Kitchen has the BEST pancakes, so we thought that was a great deal. We got a 20% discount for booking 3 nights, but even at the regular price, the value was definitely worth the 15-minute drive to Fargo to shop.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the coffee provided in the room was satisfactory, and we really appreciated having the fridge and microwave in the room because it makes travelling easier and less expensive with kids. The kids were thrilled to buy microwave popcorn from the vending machine each evening so that we could have "movie night" in the room before bedtime.

The only disappointment, and this was minor, was that a bunch of the arcade games weren't working or had very few prizes in them, but since we went to Space Alien restaurant in Fargo one day, they got more than enough of that kind of thing there anyway.

We will definitely stay here again.

Loved it here! The people who work here were top notch from the hotel desk clerks to the
restaurant waiters and waitresses as well as the bar and blackjack dealers. Very friendly and showed the quality of people the North Dakota life style has and we are not from North
Dakota. The rooms were very clean and we had a great time in the pool and waterpark.
Highly recommend if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big town. Only
15 minutes to Fargo where you can get the larger town entertainment and restaurants.
