In all of Bismarck, this is located in down town smack in the middle of everything that is going on. The Hotel, is Clean, well laid out, good food Service is outstanding but one neg thing is the air number beds leak air and the pump keeps turning on waking you during your sleep...I have stayed at this locations maybe 6 nights this year and the same thing in every room....i would get rid of the sleep number system...

Thanks for your review. Just to let you know we just changed out some of the Sleep Number beds. We do have more regular beds for your next night with us, just ask for a non Sleep Number.. We look forward to seeing you again. Thanks once again.

Stayed there for three nights for medical reasons. We received a discounted rate because of this. Request a room away from the train tracks. Rooms are clean, but small. Location is great. We have stayed in hotels all across the US and I have to say, the Radisson has the best customer service I have seen. Every staff member was friendly and courteous. The shuttle driver, Roberto, is the shining star of of this hotel. He is genuine, caring, and entertaining. He goes above and beyond and always left us with smiles on our faces. He went out of his way, more than once, for us, and we looked forward to seeing his smiling face every day. Any manager would be proud of a staff as good as the Radisson's.

We were nicely surprised after the mixed reviews we had read! Our room was very nicely done and pleasant to be in. The elevators were nice, the halls were nice and the lobby was beautiful and spacious. We didn't especially like the Sleep Number beds -- I think they have been used too much. But the bed was still very comfortable. The shuttle car driver was a delight! We loved the location within walking distance of some wonderful restaurants like the Toasted Frog and Peacock Alley.

Room Tip: We were on the 9th floor and had fabulous views.

We recently spent a weekend in Bismarck to connect with family and we're very pleased with our accomodations at the Radisson. Our room was clean, updated and had a great view of the capitol. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was thoroughly cleaned and recharged for our second night, with attention to small details. The location was perfect for downtown dining (at least two of Bismarck's best eateries are within walking distance), some shopping, and visiting sites of historic interest. The parking garage was convenient and we had no problem with their ticket system to avoid parking charges. We asked for rooms on the north side to avoid train noise, but I doubt it would have been necessary. We'll return if the need arises for Bismarck accomodations in future years.

Very nice facility and very nice room. It was busy the night I was there with a wedding, so it was loud and rambunctious in all corners of the property. The sleep number bed is an odd amenity, one that I didn't use.

Street parking is non-existent, so you are forced to park in the neighboring garage (for free). However, the garage is difficult to navigate as it appears to have been built for compact cars only (i have a large pickup). Additionally, it's easy to get confused driving the streets around the property as there is a mish-mash of one-ways that force you to go certain routes that are not convenient. Of course, the hotel cannot control this, but it will be a consideration in the future for me.
