I went on a very nice tour w/a class of school children. The capitol is very functional and clean, but rather uninspiring. The interiors, with their darkish panels are evocative of the Alaska State Capitol. The view from the observation deck on the 18th floor is quite nice, however. The have free postcards, very nice volunteers at the information desk, and free parking.
