It was an ok place to stay on our way back to Ohio. We simply needed a bed to sleep in that was pet friendly. They were very accomadating for our dog and the boys enjoyed the cookies when we checked in. If your not expecting much and just need an overnight stay, this is good place.

This hotel was filled to capacity, but that wasn't a problem. We arrived late and our room was still available. Great looking hotel. Access from the highway was further than right off of the ramp. Continental breakfast was sufficient. Because of the full capacity getting breakfast in the am was a little tricky....so arrive early.

Room Tip: Get a room away from the elevator as this is a busy hotel with a lot of foot traffic.

We decided to cash in a free stay from our Marriott Rewards points (first time) and it was a very bad experience. I looked for this hotel on our way to Myrtle Beach as it was a listed 7500 point property. i reserved it months prior, got my confirmation email that it was a no charge stay, and showed up after 6 hours driving. The girl behind the desk had no idea what I was taliking about and quoted $124 and offered me a Rewards number to call . That office was closed as it was Sunday at 5:45pm. She refused to look at my confirmation email. In a huff, I returned to my car and called the rewards number I have. After an hour on the phone, best I can tell is the propery became a 10,000 point property AFTER my reservation and there system had no way to recognize it, screwing up our reservation. Corporate called the property directly for us, and we re-entered the lobby to a much friendlier front desk. The stay was covered as promised, but it was very stressful. In addition, we overheard her quoting $79 a night to someone over the phone, so if it was a paid stay $124 would have been a ripoff. I think theyre may be a lesson here that you can contact properties directly and receive a better rate than online.
The inn is located right beside a mall and close off of I 40. Room was clean and good sized. A decent breakfast buffett was provided. Pool on site.

Don't usually stay at Fairfield Inn, but couldn't pass up this rate. Got a huge room for $79/night; room was clean; staff courteous; convenient location. Complimentary breakfast wasn't so great--most everything pre-packaged.

A family emergency led to my wife and I being at the Fairfield Inn with our small dog for 2 weeks. During that time, we were impressed with the overall professional and friendly staff that we encountered from the housekeeping staff on up to the GM, Victor Duarte. Boutique hotels earn their reputation through providing superior service and this hotel shines against that standard.
Special mention to the welcoming reception staff, Sharon, Priscilla and Josh and to Helen and Maria, the women who run a solidly above average chain hotel breakfast.
All in all, a well run hotel worth giving consideration to when choosing a hotel in the area.

We were so glad we found this hotel, it was just perfect for what we needed. Having travelled from Virginia, we needed a good hotel with a restaurant nearby. Luckily there was a mall there too! Victor who was on the front desk was so helpful, professional and his favourite soccer team is Manchester United :) He is an asset to the hotel. Freshly baked cookies there to welcome guests - always enjoyed! Rooms were very clean and modern, free breakfast was ample to suit any tastes. Thanks for a great stay, to Victor, the cleaning staff (great job) and the breakfast lady who kept everything well stocked and clean.

Large room, clean bath, great shower, comfortable bed, micro fridge, good breakfast, welcoming lobby, friendly front desk, complimentary spirits and eats at happy hour, free Otis Spunkmeyer cookies, nice fitness room. This hotel is a great value for the money. The only negative is it can be noisy close to the highway and the garbage trucks come about 5 in the morning so light sleepers may be annoyed. If I'm ever back this way, would stay again.
