First and foremost Bob's offers a unique twist on subs that are tasty and made with fresh ingredients. The staff is super friendly and they go out of their way to meet all your needs. Try Bob's once and you will need your Bob fix once a week.

Go here a lot for work. Not the fastest, but typically just as quick as you will be seen at some other places in the area and much better food.

The food is very good with a colorful garage atmosphere. I recommend the Sloppy Pete--their take on the Sloppy Joe with Winston's own Texas Pete used generously in the recipe. The place used to be an old tire garage, so the employees are dressed as mechanics, and there are old gas pumps and things on the walls.

While the staff is very friendly, the wait for your food can sometimes be in excess of 10 minutes. Not what you would expect for a laid-back, order at the counter type place.. Also, in the summertime, bring a windbreaker. They have MASSIVE industrial oversized fans on the ceiling that generate quite a bit of wind. Also, be prepared to park up the street about a block just past KORE, as Bob's only has roughly 5 parking spaces.

In summary, the food is good, the staff is friendly, but there can be a bit of a wait for your food, and people not from the area might be put off by the parking situation.
