We arrived late, after 1:00 a.m. Welcome by pleasant service desk personnel. Everything was ready and fast check in so we could get to sleep soon. Quiet and comfortable sleep. Breakfast was good, clean and full of food, never had to wait for refill for food. A very pleasant start to our vacation travel.... recommend and will do it again.

We stayed here on Sept 1. Arrived late in the evening without a reservation. I was greeted by Adam at the Front desk. He was professional and friendly, and quickly arranged a room. He recommended a few restaurants in the area for us, and gave me a couple of bottles of water.
I parked the car, grabbed our luggage and went to the room. The room was great! More than we expected.
Of course, I left something in the car, when I passed by Adam, he called me by name & asked if I was satisfied with the room. Of course it was, and thought it was nice he remembered my name.
Back in the room, we discussed going out to dinner, but decided to just have a pizza delivered.
There was a problem with the order, they sent 2 pizzas. Later pizza hut customer service called the hotel. Adam put them on hold and rang our room. He apologized for calling late, and was aware of a "pizza problem" . He asked if he could put customer service through, I declined, it was to late to discuss a $15 pizza.
Adam asked if there was anything we needed, and if he could be of any further assistance.
The attention to detail, professionalism and friendly demeanor of Adam made the difference in our stay. I truly felt he actually cared about our satisfaction.

After this experience, I can tell you, We will back every time we are in the area!

This hotel had generously sized rooms with convenient amenities including bottled water, free WiFi and a nice fitness center. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about area restaurants and shopping. It was easily accessible from the highway and convenient to downtown without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle.
