“Great Lunch at Very Reasonable Price”
Reviewed May 17, 2014

We recently enjoyed lunch on a busy Friday afternoon. Our party of 5 had a short wait of less than 15 minutes. The lunch specials were very reasonable. The lunch special burger with a side was very good. Others enjoyed the pulled pork special & enjoyed it as well. The portions were plentiful and our server, Danielle, was pleasant and most efficient.

It was a bustling crowd. We were seated upstairs. However, there were several large parties upstairs too and the noise level was high. It was difficult to carry on a conversation at our table. That being said, even though they were very busy we did not experience an extended wait to get our lunch and we did not feel rushed to finish our lunch.

A few in our group had the beer special of the day and were very pleased.

All in all, the meal was great, Danielle provided excellent service and we enjoyed our lunch.

Would recommend the Front Street Brewery to folks visiting Wilmington & looking for a tasty lunch at a very reasonable price.

“Great value, tasty food”
Reviewed May 15, 2014 via mobile

Went here one rainy Thursday. The place is busy but service is slick and we didn't wait long for a table. The beer here is great; they brew their own craft beers on site and they are delicious. We are- shared a starter between us and had the beef brisket and the pulled chicken burrito. We were astonished that such good value food could be so nice and flavoursome. Fine dining this isn't but it's authentic American cuisine done well and served in a very pleasant easy going environment.

Enjoyed my meal and a few selections of their brew. Wait staff was nice and the room was filled with friendly patrons. I will stop back by the next trip to Front Street.

“A hoppin good time”
Reviewed May 13, 2014

Had a great time. Atmosphere was filled with energy and our waitress could not have been nicer. We only had appetizers and they were good and fairly priced. We did a beer flight and it was nice that you could construct your tasting to suit you. The building itself was historical and nicely restored. They do tours and have a running video that you can watch to see how the beer is brewed. Definitely make it a stop on your tour of Wilmington.

“More Than Just Good Beer”
Reviewed May 13, 2014

We were surprised to find how good the food is at Front Street Brewery. The menu is quite extensive and there are good choices for any time of the night or day. My favorites: the onion rings and the Sheppard's Pie. Really good stuff. Burgers are good too as are the appetizers. Try the Pils beer they have on tap. It's not a German Pils but you'd never know it. Oh, yes, the service is also quite good and friendly. If they're busy there can be a short wait on the food, but it's worth it.
