After reading the reviews about their fried green tomatoes, I decided to give this place a try. I ordered the appetizer portion. The tomatoes were just "ok," but not worth the $6 I paid for 4 slices. The sauce and batter were not all that great.

I was also excited about the bratwurst, but it did not live up to my expectations. I am not sure which brand that they use, but they should switch to Johnsonville because it is a lot more flavorful than that bland bratwurst they gave me.

The only thing that was seasoned were the french fries!

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my meal and won't return.

The beer is good and there are many beer options for all tastes. The food is standard fare but good. It's located in nice historic building. All in all a good choice for casual lunch or dinner.
