Was originally skeptical of the hotel because of the low price. But was pleasantly surprised by the amenities. Fantastic location. Everything you could need and want within a couple minutes drive, food, attractions and shopping. The gentleman that checked us in was a wealth of information, on places to eat, attractions to see, and of course where the local grocery stores were. Josh was by far the best concierge that I’ve ever interacted with, and I’ve stayed in gold crown and world renowned resorts. The only negative about the room was the beds were small for 4 adult sized people. Wish they had been queens and not full. But they did clearly advertise that they were full sized beds not queens.

Nice kitchenette. Great location, close to restaurants and the beach isnt too far away. Nice bed, I'm staying at this hotel next week and will bring my own pillow. The pillows weren't firm enough for me.

While this hotel is a choice hotel I will never stay there again. My family and I had one of the worst experiences.
1. Unless you stay 5 nights you get no room service. Not even to vacuum the floor. (This was not stated during reservation). So we stayed 2 nights with sand and dirt on our floor.
2. The kitchen while it is a full kitchen, missing many items. They give you a check list and when you call the front desk to advise of the missing items, you're greeted by a very rude front desk clerk who says unless you need it don't worry about it and hangs up.
3. Our air conditioning unit not only leaked when maintenance came they out the ice bucket under the unit which during our stay we had to dump twice a day.
4. We did not get new soap but used soap was left in our room.

This was just uncomfortable all the way around, no clean sheets and we had to go get our own towles.

We will never stay at this place again !!!!

We stayed here for our children's soccer tournament. The hotel rooms were dirty, the sheets and bedding were old and dirty, it was very loud, with guests coming and going, partying and screaming outdoors. We left after 1 night, even though we'd already paid for two nights. It was worth it to lose the money.

Our stay here was excellent. We were in room 118 on the backside of the hotel. Parking was very good with easy, direct access. When we opened the door, we found a spacious room with a kitchen suite and a bright interior. Seating was comfortable and the number of electrical outlets for our computers and phones, as well as our oxygen concentrator, was plentiful. No need for any extension cords or outlet extenders and we didn't have to shove furniture around to find the outlets. The kitchen facilities were clean, and the refrigerator was full-size and properly defrosted. The bathroom had up-to-date fixtures, and the tub even had a plug, something that seems to be a rarity in many places that we have stayed at in the past. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows. The heating/cooling unit was modern, quiet, and efficient. I loved the ease of use and the digital display. There was no street noise, and we had an excellent nights sleep. Should I ever have to stay in Wilmington again, this is the place I would book into again!

Room Tip: Room 118 was Excellent
