Awesome place to grab a burger and fries for lunch. Been going there for 25 years and it’s always great.

Other than the rubber pickles (Need to be Mt Olive dill pickle slices) the food is ok and staff well... they are high school / college students working for a buck.
CASH ONLY. The ATM outside works sometimes.
Small dinning area and be prepared to wait during busy meal hours.
The parking lot is small and shared by many other businesses in the area.

The Lima bean soup is good on a cold day.

If you have cash, and you are hungry, because they only take cash; you are going to love this amazing and unique place. First, the nicest people ever! The staff is excellent and constantly working and moving to make your experience extraordinary. Second, the tea? Oh, if you like tea, you will love their sweet tea. I can't drink sweet tea, so I get unsweetened... still amazing! They keep your cup full! We got the double cheeseburger and fries.... EPIC.... Truly epic. Home made, big, and made just the way you want for $9 with tax. Now, to be fair, I tried the chicken salad sandwich... Not epic, but okay. Everything else? EPIC. Parking is tricky and the location is one of those places you have to know is there to know to slow down.

Inexpensive, local traditions. Lunch spot just off Wrightsville Beach; 40+ years in the making. The wildlife and fishing decor adds a rustic charm to this quintessential boost dedicated to the people of the area.

The Lima Bean Soup, a secret a
recipe, is a basic essential. French Fried, the classic crinkle cuts are unmatched. Burgers to order. BBQ with cole slaw. Oh yeah!

Don’t miss the window. Only open to 3 pm

Had breakfast there with friends. My husband and I shared French toast and a waffle, our friends had eggs and grits. We all enjoyed our food.

Our waffle was well done, but not too dry. The French Toasts had quite a bit of cinnamon and powdered sugar, so go easy on the syrup.

My friend enjoyed his fried egg and grits.

Service was quick, the decor is simple with views of the owners fishing and boating. The customers were all locals, and you can order your breakfast to go as well.
