This is a cafeteria style setup, though much clumsier. The waitress took our drink order and we then walked to the absolute back of the long building to the food. The meat (chicken, ribs, pulled pork, brisket) are under domes on one steam table, and the sides are on another. There is no where to rest your tray while you are served. You have only one choice of meat, and can only sample pulled pork and brisket. I had the ribs, which were average but a small portion. The real disappointment were the sides. The mac-n-cheese reminded me of Kraft pasta and shells, the collards were the common flavor and texture from K&W. Cornbread was stale. Corn on the cob was waterlogged. The place is a former bar and that would serve better than a feeble attempt at a bbq restaurant. Save your money for elsewhere.
