Bloody Mary's. The quality has dipped a little bit but the drinks and authentic Irish beer are excellent. They need to have better happy hour specials because most people go downtown instead of the Harp.

This may be a local bar/restaurant but it serves real autrhentic irish food.It is small and cozywith the room seperated by a bar and dining room. The service staff are very capable and riendly. Items such as lamb stew, fish-chips, shepard's pie are excellent. Of course they also offe an irish breakfast thta is a feast. On occassion can be noisey but only because of a major game on TV. 90% of the time it is quiet and easy to converse at your table

We used Trip Advisor to find this place on a recent trip to Wilmington. After a long day of travel the requirement was for a place near by, casual, good beer and simple food. It did not disappoint. Friendly, enthusiastic staff, cozy atmosphere, lively Irish music, good food and Guiness draft. Fish and chips and Shepards Pie were hearty, substantial fare perfect at the end of a long day.

What an awesome Irish restaurant! It couldn't get any more authentic, from their bangers and mash to the shepherd's pie. Absolutely yummo! Was a bit disappointed with their lack of beer selection, but all-in-all worth the visit.

This was my third visit to the Harp for a quick dinner before watching the nearby Wilmington Hammerheads soccer game. The service was very quick and enthusiastic. Traditional Irish beers are offered on tap and the Guinness "pour" is accomplished to perfection with a little shamrock in the head! My friend had the fish 'n chips which he said rivaled any he had eaten in the UK. Another had the traditional Irish breakfast which is served all day with real bangers, back bacon and black pudding; it looked delicious. The shepherd's pie was a lovely blend of meat, veg and potatoe. Each of us paid pennies more than $20 for a couple of pints and dinner which is a great way to start an evening.
