We had an excellent meal here on the last night of our stay in Wilmington. The service was excellent, wine and other drinks list comprehensive with lots of different price points.

Food was well prepared, innovative without being fancy and really well presented. Whilst our main meals were lovely (braised beef short rib and Berkshire pork chop) I have to especially call out the lamb lollipop (chop) starter. The meat was flavoursome and wonderfully chargrilled and was served with a spicy yet sweet dip made form mint and jalapenos. This was slightly piquant when eaten with the lamb yet totally changed flavour when some of our fresh bread was dipped into it! Amazing. We'd be back for this again (if we weren't 3000 miles away!)

Great food, better service. We loved this place and you will too. My wife had the filet and I had the pork chop. Our food was prepared with care, plated nicely and tasted great. No complaints. We also had a bottle of wine - they had a nice selection, but apparently it was an old wine menu on the way out the door. We'll definitely be back to check out the new one. Great job, owners!

I have to say Aubriana's has been one of my favorite in Wilmington since we discovered it at the taste of Wilmington 2 years ago. Creative dish, well layered flavors of perfectly executed is the rule of the house, this last experience took our palate to a whole new level! Chef Tyson Amick formerly from Mark on Market find himself right at home and elevete the experience for his guest! the service as usual is very personnal while professional, Hank knew how to guide us and made very nice pairing suggestions, he knew the menu and the specials in details and talk about the offering with passion (made us want to eat !)
As for the food... Exceptional!
We had a seared foie gras on a brioche with an apple chutney. The foie gras was seared perfectly and the flavor perfect with a hint of brandy narried very well with the apple sweetness simple yet bold.
Fried oyster (lightly breaded and flash fried) with a Jalapeno Rockefeller dipping sauce! seriously i could lick the bowl! the heat well balanced with the creaminess of the dip, hint of bacon ... this one is a keeper.
La piece the resistance! A 10oz KOBE NY Strip cook perfectly (Bleu) for me melting in your mouth and rubbed with herbs.

Chapeau Aubriana's you hit the marks one more time!

Food was very well prepared with excellent ingredients, served hot and timely.
Service was attentive without being over bearing.
Thought the price point was reasonable considering the menu food choices.
