This hotel is in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, in the town of Waynesville, about 30 minutes west of Asheville. I loved this hotel and plan to stay again as we travel to the Western North Carolina mountains frequently. This little gem is absolutely perfect! Spotless, great room, wonderful bed, wifi, nice complimentary breakfast, beautiful landscaped grounds. I like being able to park my car by my room. Good value.

This BW is a great place to visit for families looking to get some mountain air. The hotel is really, really clean everywhere. The pool is spotless. The breakfast area is spotless. And the room we stayed in was spotless. The hotel is serious about keeping the place clean and neat! The view from the pool is spectacular. The eating places in Waynesville are close, as are the mountains of the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Wheels Through Time Museum in Maggie Valley, and Cherokee. If you are a motorcyclist or a cyclist, the mountain roads in the area are perfect for riding.

For travelers to this area looking for a clean, well maintained hotel, this is it. Great views (ask for a south facing room) and close proximity to many area attractions add to the value. Hotel rooms have exterior facing doors, but I like that in this location.

The hotel was serviceable and met our needs. It was clean enough, the staff were helpful, and the grounds were pretty. I don't think we would stay here again. It was awful, but I can probably find something nicer for only 10-15% more money.

very pleasant stay, would do it again. Stayed two days. Only complaints is the stool is too low in the bath room. Breakfast was excellent, not much noise . not much else to say other than we enjoyed our stay and would book there again.

We stayed one night in this hotel after driving up through Pisgah forest. The room was clean and well maintained. There was a mini fridge and a microwave. One cool feature was the USB outlet in the wall between the beds. The shower was clean and looked new. Lots of spots for shampoo bottles etc.

The pool was clean and brasic rectangle. For any future renovations, I suggest making the fence around the pool a little less opaque so that swimmers can enjoy the mountain view too.

Breakfast was very cramped. I think with a little better space planning, you can seat the same amount of guests without everyone bumping into each other.

Price was good. Room was very clean and comfortable. Pool area was very clean with plenty of towels. Debra at the front desk took a very good hotel and made it excellent by how she treated us. She allowed us to check in early at 1:30. I did not expect to be able to check in so early. I had all intentions of coming back later. She was the one who said our room was ready and we could check in at any time. I cannot say enough good things about her. I would diffidently stay here again.
