Great facility, good pools, good gym. Lifeguards on duty and they typically are alert and do their job well. It's a little annoying to have to pay $14 to watch my two kids swim for an hour or so, tho, and there's no cheaper way to do it without signing up for a membership.

Great place for adults to use the fitness equipment, but I've actually only gone there to take the kids swimming. We drive from Asheville, as this is the only indoor pool in the area with a play area, that doesn't require a membership. They have a lap pool, as well as a play pool. The play pool has zero-depth entry and gets maybe 4' deep. There is a water slide on one side, fountains, etc. Fun for the 10 and under set, especially on a rainy or Winter day!
Rates are: Adults - $7, kids 5-11 - $4, kids 12-17 - $5. Kids 4 and under are free with a paying/swimming adult. There are snacks available for purchase, you can also bring your own food and eat at the tables in the lobby.
