The breakfasts and dinners are a gourmands delight. Kudos to the chef. The vegetables and greens are grown on the property, and I believe they are organic. Each night there are two menus; one changes each night and is called the tasting menu which is a four course dinner made with ingredients chosen by the chef especially for that meal. The other menu is a la carte. No matter what we chose to eat, the food was divine.
