Simplicity catered our wedding last Monday (the ceremony and reception were held at the Inn). The food was simply wonderful. My husband and I consider ourselves "foodies"; the heavy hors d'oeuvres reception was EXACTLY what we always dreamed of.
The vanilla wedding cake with cream cheese frosting was the best we ever tasted, and the drunken fruit poundcake was TRULY addictive! (In fact, we are thinking of ordering several for Christmas gifts this year!) The mixed-berry cobbler was also to-die-for.
We also really enjoyed the daily breakfast. (In addition to the amazing food, we also loved the personalized menus at breakfast every morning; it was such a unique touch.)
Dinner Wednesday night was also fantastic. Our favorites were the sweet potato veloute and the seared duck breast. (The fresh locally-made artisan bread with herbed butter was also some of the best we've ever tried.)
