Staff were so nice. this is a former KOA that has a very large pool. however they sell local residents swim passes. therefore there are a lot of people and noise from non-campers. i would have some concerns about pool chlorine maintenance. mens bathrooms had two toilets - both were stopped up. rv lots are EXTREMELY small, hard to get into. we have a 30' motorhome towing and barely fit. our spot had such a slope we needed to add blocks to the levelers on one side. there were entirely too many obviously permanent residents, and while not intending to they accumulate 'stuff' around their rigs that clutters and detracts from the appearance of a clean, safe campground. we decided not to dump while there because when we looked into our dump pipe (which had no cover on it) it looked full of water and we were afraid it would back up. there are lovely flowers and grass and a dog fenced area. however we will not be staying here again.
