After living in Texas for several years and moving to North Carolina, it took a while to adjust to the NC style barbecue (they're vinegar fans here). But I recently moved to Stallings and stumbled across this adorable rock house with the best ribs I've ever had anywhere... Be sure the "Ribs" sign is out front, or they've run out. Meaty, tender, amazing ribs. I like the cornbread (sweet & cakey), and the mac& cheese (thick & very cheesy), and the brunswick stew is great too.
