“A little slice of AWESOME”
Reviewed November 18, 2012 via mobile

Stopped in for bloody marys and stayed the afternoon. The bloody mary mix may be lacking but the atmosphere and the fried oysters are great. Had the oysters. Light and almost fluffy. Just the right amount of breading and cooking. Jake took great care of us! After the bloodymary switched to mixed drinks and liked it better. BMary was not spicy or salty enough. Absolutely loved the oysters.

“Dead End Saloon.”
Reviewed November 12, 2012

Great place for locals and visitors if you can find it. Try the crab cakes. Very casual. Pub food. Unfortunately getting pricey. Right on the intercoastal waterway. Good views.

“Good for the boat crowd or younger set”
Reviewed September 21, 2012

We tie up here when in the area as it is one of the few restaurants along this portion of the waterway where we can do so. There are about eight boat slips and all are usually occupied. The food is nothing to write home about and if you are averse to the smell of dead fish, stay away. Prices are typical of a tourist trap area. Quality of food is not much better than that from a lunch wagon. What you are paying for is the "opportunity" to dine in open air by the water and close to the boating scene. The place is crowded and usually fairly noisy so its hard to hold a quiet conversation. You order from a crowded aisle in the entranceway and wait for the server to bring your order to your table. With people trying to go in and out, pay for their meals and order meals all in the same entryway.....well, you get the picture.

“Can't really say much good about it”
Reviewed September 4, 2012

We ate here in late August. We were seated at a table where the door was completly open and there were fly's and mosquitoes everywhere. The salt and pepper shakers had somthing on them and were nasty. The food was not really good but I ate because we were hungry and already bitten by mosquitoes at this point. The Price was really high and just not worth it at all.

“Great Food by the sea”
Reviewed August 19, 2012 via mobile

We dined here on a Sunday night and had all of our expectations met. My wife and I had the crab cakes and my son the fish and chips which turned out to be a large piece of fish. Dining is outside in a screened in area and there is a dock that you can venture out to see wildlife
