Very busy place. Only objection would be if they used a thinner crepe batter. More French like. Otherwise goood

Very friendly atmosphere wide variety of breakfast and lunch crepes. We went there two days in a row. The best was the strawberries with Nutella and whipped cream.

We were visiting from Sacramento, CA and this little cafe was highly recommended by one of the local people.
Betsy's did not disappoint! The staff was friendly and charming, our eggs perfectly scrambled, the coffee was delicious and the slightly quirky, art gallery vibe was entertaining.
A great way to start a Southern Day.

We visited Betsy’s Crepes at 127 Broad Street in Southern Pines. From Best Western, we took US-1 North to Business US-1 and exited right. We followed Business US-1 into SW Broad Street at Pennsylvania Ave. The business section is a charming collection of colonial brick buildings. Betsy’s has as Chicago Storefront entrance between two large windows. There are benches and sidewalk tables that were filled with waiting customers. We entered to sign our names onto the list and sat outside about 40 minutes. The interior has the look of a rustic diner favored by loyal locals. There are about 15 tables near each other and a counter with two stools. Betsy’s uses the crepe as a mainstay staple for breakfasts, sandwiches, and dinners. There are traditional dessert crepes with fruit and cream. There are also several flour variety crepes used like a breakfast burrito or taco soft shell. My wife had a crepe wrapped around sausage and eggs. I had a crepe filled with ham, pineapple, provolone cheese, and asparagus. I had a large bowl of mixed banana slices, grapes, and berries. The coffee was delicious. Our waiter was friendly, patient, and helpful as we explored the menu and asked questions. Our young grandchildren found meals and drinks to their liking also.

It was a rainy and cold day, and we were driving through downtown Southern Pines which is a lovely little town with a railroad track down the middle. Lots of charm. We saw Betsy's Crepes and it looked like a great place to try something different than the usual burgers or deli. My boyfriend wasn't sold that you could get enough to eat at a place that has crepes in its name. He was wrong, which I did my girlfriend duty and reminded him of after we had a wonderfully filling meal topped off with the best cappuccinos we have enjoyed since a trip to Italy last year. We arrived about an hour before closing, there was no wait, and the staff was very friendly and seemed to care if you enjoyed your meal. The menu had creative names and the ingredients made for some spectacular combinations. I had the Samurai which had smoked salmon, cucumbers, rice, and wasabi mayo, along with a salad with apple vinaigrette. Everything was sumptuous. The restaurant is not large (part of the appeal), but has a lot of character with brick walls and a rustic, coffee house/artsy feel. It is the kind of place you like to just sit and enjoy your coffee while watching people walk down the street. Great place for a rainy day and a good meal. We definitely plan to put this on our list of places to go again.
