The clean, cavernous bar area and pretty staff is the first thing to notice. So Prime is relatively new, but all the staff seems to have it together. The appetizers are the size of meals (go with the short ribs and the crabcake) and they might have the best wine list in town. Erin and the other girls behind the bar are attentive and capable. Not sure about a happy hour, but you can do a few vodka tonics and some short ribs and be set for a night of carousing, which likely will bring you right back to the Southern Prime bar. Which, if you're friendly (and still ordering drinks) they will keep open for you.
