Part of the initial attraction was to stay in a tiny home. These units are actually about twice the size of those on the shows on TV (which we appreciated). We were not cramped at all. The park is in a great location on the north end of the lake on the 'River Highway' with easy access to any thing you need including the whole town of Mooresville.
We had young people with us (teen - early 20s) that enjoyed the lake front amenities - kayak, paddle board, etc. We even rented the pontoon boat (extra reasonable fee) for an afternoon and had great fun.
The only negative was you could hear big trucks on the highway, but that will not stop up from coming back.
