Have been 3 times now, I went the opening day and it was really busy. Unlike some buffets the food that was supposed to be hot, was hot, probably over 145 degrees. The cold food was cold.
The only thing I can not understand, is why they have a 93 grade, since the restaurant is so new. Must have been a fluke, I am pretty demanding about a place being clean. I did not see any problems.
The servers were real polite and took care of your dining needs.
