“Beautiful..”
Reviewed December 4, 2012

Easy walk to 2 nice observation areas. Parking is pretty cheap and the facilities well cared for. Trails both above and below the falls.

“Waterfalls, etc.”
Reviewed November 17, 2012

Waterfalls are very abundant in this area. In fact, there are Gorges State Park and Whitewater Falls are about 5 minutes from each other. For a nice picnic you can tailgate and then walk over and snap a few pics of this beautiful waterfall. It is impressive because of it's length. Easy walk because there are steps leading to the waterfall lookouts.

“What a view”
Reviewed November 14, 2012

The short trail to the first observation point is handicapped accessible. There is a good view from this point. For a better view you take a stairway to the observation platform. Get your camera ready!

“Lovely setting”
Reviewed November 7, 2012

This waterfall is at its most spectacular in the fall when the leaves are beginning to change. You can walk to the overlook that is fairly close to the falls or you can visit Duke Powers Bad Creek area and view the falls from a distance.

“Fished the river portion off Hwy 21”
Reviewed October 24, 2012

Beautiful portion of the river, no fish present but if there was this would have been on of the best fly fishing spots ever.
