I rented two rooms, one for me and my husband, one for our crew of three. upon checking in we were told you do not offer roll away beds. at the end of our stay, we were told a suite would have accommodated our needs. we were also told there were no extra blankets available. the room was nice and very close to shopping and dining. also more smoking rooms would be nice.

I do apologize. We do not offer rollaways. I am not sure how many people were in your group, so I am not sure if a suite would have accomodated you. Thank you for your feedback and we look forward to seeing you again on your next trip to our area.

Turned out to be a complete mess! One room waited 3 hrs, after check-in time to be able to get in room. They were compensated at check-out. They mixed up my reserv for other room completely!! Manager was nice, but took at least 2 hrs at check-out and no compensation offered at all!!! In addition, AC was not working correctly the first night and maintenance talked to us like we were idiots. He assumed because we were women, I guess, that we were that naive. Very disappointing! It takes a lot for me to complain at a restaurant or hotel!!!
