It was great to see something in real size that we'd not otherwise get to see :) . The flies were full on as they always are in WA. The shop had lots to sell at reasonable prices.

This is even more interesting than the real thing, because it is complete, and also because you can walk right around inside the stones (as you could at one time at the one in UK until people started defacing it, and the numbers of visitors became astronomical) It is made from local granite (for some reason before I got there I assumed it would be made of fibreglass) I was the only one there on a bleak afternoon, Gillian in the office (the owner) was extremely pleasant and interesting to chat to as I waited for showers to clear. The only thing missing from the interpretation signage was something more about the original monument, why/when was it built, theories as to how, etc (Aliens did it, didn't they??)

Well worth a visit but don't forget the Aerogard ...

Not far from town and worth a look while in town. Interesting to see as it is a exact replica of the real thing before it fell over. $10 per person which I thought was ok

As we've visited the real Stonehenge in England, we thought it would be interesting to see it as it was in the beginning. Quite awe inspiring to stroll amongst the huge stones and even sit on and touch them - something one cannot do in England.
