We had breakfast outdoors on a beautiful Autumn morning. The service was very good, and the waitress was very friendly. We ordered a cooked breakfast which came in cute, miniature fry pans, and was very tasty. Atmosphere was great, with fabulous views of the park, and people strolling by. A very cute, quirky eatery.

For a liesurely meal in the park with all the world passing around and the walk along the river. All these different things from the menu come out in little brown bowls, interesting.

Went with a group of 6 friends, only 2 others in the cafe and yet they carried on when we asked to have separate bills for breakfast, we did ask first and after some grumbling they agreed, but that is not the attitude to have when we are spending roughly $20-00 each for brekky. Needless to say the next day we gave the place a miss and went to Bright Brewery where we didn't have the issue and brekky was nicer and cheaper

Much better this time round. The service has improved along with the food. It is a bit expensive though seeing you sit outside

So after attempting to eat at the Brewery (see other review) we were recommended Ginger Baker by a local store owner. The place is small but with great outside seating was just lovely. The food TAPAS was very good - good servings and at a very reasonable price. We ordered 5 servings for 5 people and it was just perfect. The cheese fritters were especially lovely. Having a license meant we could even have a glass of very good local wine with our meals. The coffee was also very good. My father commented it was the best coffee he'd had since being on holiday. High praise. Oh and my father was also very excited to see a signed autograph by Ridge Forester (don't know the actors real name) from Bold and the Beautiful hanging on the wall. This made us all laugh. Fun times had by all.
