We came here as we heard so much about the wines. However, the staff was rude and disinterested. And other than pouring the first batch of wine and wandered off with no explanation and generally looked bored, we were put off.

It seems like the bigger the winery, the more commercialised they've become and just lack the personal touch. Our least favourite on our entire day tour.

Don't bother coming here. Try one of the more boutique wineries. Keller Meister and Chateau Dorrien are much better.

Stopped by with a large group of friends for lunch. We only gave them 30mins notice of our visit, but the ever friendly staff were able to organise a table and lunch platters for 10 (including one vegan). Excellent value, great wine and lovely staff. It was my second visit in less than 6 months and I've been impressed both times by the friendly staff and great atmosphere.

We visited Peter Lehmann's for lunch on a Wednesday. Staff were welcoming. Husband and I tasted some wines and ordered the Vegetarian Platter for 2. Walked into the dining area and were the only ones there, tables were all decorated with bowls of roses. Selected a bottle of Sav Blanc and waited for the platter to arrive and took in our surroundings. Beautiful use of old stone and new building materials. Fantastic artwork (for sale) on the walls. Platter arrived quickly and looked delicious, and tasted even better. Consisted of Zimmy's Beetroot relish, Kurianda Pear chutney, Zimmy's dill cucumbers, Kalamata olives, fresh cherry tomatoes, local almonds, freshly baked Apex bread, two cheeses (a matured cheddar and a Barossa Valley Cheese Company's "Baby Bert"), and some of Barb Buggy's "Barossa Bark". Everything was fresh and nicely arranged on the platter. Sitting in front of the fire on comfy lounges was an added bonus. The outdoor area was well kept. Everything was spotless and I loved the touch of bowls of roses in the ladies loos. Parking area was large. Took our left-over wine with us and departed. Wonderful experience.

16 friends had lunch at this winery on May 25th. We were in a great private room towards the back of the building with a great ambience of natural brick on walls and great paintings adorning them.
The platters were delicious with mettwurst, cheese, chutney, olives and crunchy bread. There was even a vegetarian version with vegetables, cheese, olives, tomatoes and delicious pate and beetroot relish, again of course with crunchy bread.
Great to have a wine tasting before lunch to decide which one to have with the meal too!
The setting is really lovely, and with having sunny weather, it was perfect with green lawn and plenty of trees! There were about 3 weddings in the lovely grounds on that day.

We booked our tickets for the Barossa Valley Vintage Wine Festival for the Degustation tasting and bought some fine wines.thru Sarah. My goodness she is a machine on wheels! We had the most amazing time during the degustation, in part, at this vineyard.beautiful food, awesome service. Thank you for a wonderful memory.

We visited the Vineyard separately and had lovely tastings, took our own afternoon tea and enjoyed the beautiful picnic spot.
