Where do we begin with this place. These owners are absolute passionate rock n rollers. The accommodation is a revisit back to rock n roll days and nothing is forgotten. The beds are fantastic we all had great sleeps. The linen is beautiful and even the bath towels were big and fluffy. The place is spotless. A full breakfast with milk, Oj, eggs, bacon, lovely bread and butter was all there waiting when we arrived. Throughout our stay our beautiful hosts Mark and Janine were always happy and obliging, they went above and beyond for hosts. We even arrived by chopper and they bent over backwards finding us somewhere close to land. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It is definitely worth a stay for the journey back in time. Well done Mark and Janine.
My boyfriend booked a package deal for a weekend away; accomodation and wine tour all with the Old Garage. Mark and Janine were terrific! Nothing was too hard. They were very warm and friendly. They set a very high standard for themselves. The place was IMMACULATE! We had a great stay.
Mark did a great job of the wine tour, and picked some great wineries and breweries.
We will definitely book again.
we have been 3 times and are already planning to come back
So close to nearby towns, the amenities are excellent they have thought of
everything. The hosts mark and Janine are beautiful people. You can do a lot or sit
and look at the tranquil scenery would definatley recommend this place
My wife and I stayed here because we thought it would be fun, we didn’t expect it to be this much fun!
Mark and Jannine were really inviting and made everything really easy with all of the little things taken care of, from bacon, eggs and fresh juice for the morning after to the stack of 20c pieces next to the pinball machine!
We did a tour with “Barossa cruise’n” their side venture and it was fun, easy and informative.
While these guys aren’t the conventional Barossa style BnB they bring something a bit different while being great ambassadors of the community
We stayed for 2 days and are already planning our next trip back!
We stayed at the Old Garage for a weekend to see 'A Day on the Green'. We stayed with friends over two nights and had a great time. We couldn't fault it. The decor was great, it felt like the set of Happy Days. Everything was clean and well looked after. Jannine and Mark went out of there way to look after us and even gave us a lift after a mix up with our bus booking. We hope to return soon.
What a gem of a place. The stay was a secret and my wife had no idea where we were going or staying. The outside is deceiving and gave her no clue that this was our accommodation. Inside, it takes you back to the days of rock and roll and all things wonderful in that era.
The preparation was spotless, probably the cleanest and best presentation we have ever had and we have stayed in many. You could easily rate it at 110% if not more.
Hosts Jannine and Mark hit the mark with their welcoming drinks in the adjoining ' man cave ', something else to behold.
Took a tour of the Barossa with Mark, something else any visitor should consider.
Many friends have now been told of this magnificent place and they are wanting the experience as well.
Could go on forever. We will always have fold memories of our stay.
This is a "must do" experience. We travelled from Brisbane with our International guests for a 3 night stay. They were blown away by this themed Accommodation. The rooms are amazing and the ensuites are lavish.
Mark and Jannine, the hosts could not do enough for you. We were lucky enough to have a private wine tour of the Barossa with Mark of Barossa Cruisin, absolutely sensational.
Thanks guys for the best weekend.
