Nice small motel family run. Beaut owners and staff. Rooms alittle dark. The 'lip'(slight step) into shower area, took a bit of getting use to (as had to go into to access toilet, which was behind bathroom door). Beautifully maintained grounds out the back of the motel; swimming pool, lots of lawn areas and for people with children great climbing gym. Nice B.B.Q area & seating, 2 g/ tables next to latter area both in need of repair, (for health safety also, as children,s height they could catch their faces on sharp lose edges). All lights went off outside motel rooms and full length of parking from midnight, very, very dark. Suggest some form of lighting be left on until daybreak. Very noisy with motel situated on across roads, heavy vehicles, B.Doubles & trucks (plus cars & motor bikes roaring passed until gone 0130 hrs). Booked to stay again, but staying in room at the back this time. Country Farmers Market just across the road, well worth a visit. Joanne's Cafe at the front of the motel, a lovely person and does great meals... Especially Breakfast. Opens early a.m.

Minutes from Nuriootpa, Tanunda and Angaston itself. Central location for day trips in the Barossa and Eden Valleys. Clean, neat and tidy rooms with friendly staff at affordable rates. Carport at front door along with a reasonably priced cafe/diner with yummy Chinese food. Barossa Farmers Market directly across the road every Saturday morning.

Room tip: Variety of rooms from twin share to families

Lovely, tidy, clean, cared for older property.
The carport at all the rooms we saw is just that lovely touch of the time when everything was thought of.
The staff and owners are just lovely, it is apparent this is a work in progress and it's happening.

Well positioned in the region with a reasonable rate.
The on site cafe for breakfast through lunch and tea is a little gem.
My bacon and egg toastie with coffee for $8.00 was lovely!
I had to scratch away the bacon to find the egg. Well filled you could say.

The position is grand for a weekend with the Barossa Saturday market across the road and vintners bar and grill also just a walk across the road.
We had sushi and took venison sausages home for Ron.

Then if you wish you can tour and taste at will.

We will be back.

We had a very pleasant stay here. A clean and tidy affordable option for staying in the Barossa, and a great location for visiting the local farmer's market. The hosts were welcoming and turined the heater on in our room prior to arrival, which was muchly appreciated. Not a flash motel, but we had a comfortable stay
