Adder Rock was the perfect Straddie Camping Ground for us. With clean amenities, camp kitchen, a patrolled beach and shops not to far. This was camping made easy. Great for families!! The rangers were helpful, and the weather perfect, we will be back.

We stayed here recently, just before the September 2013 school holidays. There was almost no campers, the weather was great. We chose a site that got a little wind, but the view was worth it. We could see wales from our tent and a koala visited us on our last day to feed from the only gum in the park. Only slight downside was the toliet where due for a repaint, but not a big deal!

My husband and I have just spent 6 wonderful weeks at Amity Point. The fishing and weather have been awesome. The staff are very friendly and courteous and keep the park looking great. The amenities are clean and well looked after. I would highly recommend this place for a nice relaxing holiday...we will definitely be back. Kay & Gary Watts.

Cylinder beach would be one of the prettiest camping grounds on the planet. It was so nice to wake up and have coffee on the beach. The park manager was very helpful and friendly it made for a memorable stay.

This was the second time we have camped at Bradburys Beach, Straddie. This time we bought 2 other families and we towed our boats up as well (from Sydney). We stayed here out of school holidays and had the campground all to ourselves. Blessed 25-30deg days and one night of rain. Bradburys beach campground was good for us as we had 2 boats and about 8 kayaks. We kayaked to a few of the wrecks close by and we also boated up to Morton Island and across to Peel Island. Staying here gave us easy access to the beaches for 4wding. Heaps of wildlife to see. One morning we saw a koala working through the campground. Some great isolated spots to visit if you have a 4wd. We really loved the Keyhole lakes. Driving to it was a challenge but being able to kayak the lakes was so worth it.
