“Outstanding friendly service”

Went here for lunch on Good Friday. Staff were increadably friendly and the food was great value and tasted great for the price. The atmosphere had a good vibe as well. The calamari seemed a popular choice.

“Lets go clubbing”
Reviewed April 4, 2012

Australia does clubs in a big way ! Don't put off by being just a casual visitor to town - you can sign in and join at the door. Get a great meal at great price, buy a bottle of wine at their off licence and observe Aussie culture in full swing, telly, darts, gambling,

“What a surprise”

Loved this club. Great service behind the bar eg would you like a stubby cooler with your corona - you bet I would. Lovely meals - try the squid went back for it second time so tender. Good little club where you can have a punt and a good feed

“PRETTY ORDINARY MEALS”
Reviewed November 30, 2011

We went to the Bistro at the Rainbow Beach Sports Club with a group of 14 because they provide a free bus, which meant we could have a drink and not worry about driving. The meals were IMMENSE, and were of the deep-fried-with-lots-of-fat-variety. The crumbed fish didn't look too bad. I had a pretty tasty spud with bacon, garlic and chives which could have fed half a small country for $10.95. Proper meals were roughly $18-$30. My husband had the chicken burger, and didn't enjoy it at all - in fact he left most of it. The experience was more a refuelling than a meal. If you do visit, try to be early so you can sit outside - all those tables were taken by the time we got there, so we had that pub smell inside. There is a restaurant attached, but I suppose would have the same chef.
