We opted for the 'Family' for our celebration dinner because its nice and casual, child friendly and the food renowned.
The menu is pretty much as you might expect with a reasonable but uncluttered assortment of choices. We ordered bruschetta, garlic bread and squid for starters, she the chicken, avocado and prawns and the boys went for the ubiquitous T bone. The kids...snitters and pasta.
The friendly and engaging waitperson advised that the avocado was not up to scratch and compensated with an extra loading of delicious prawns...so good. The T bones were juicy, succulent and dare I say it...generous in size.
You can always tell when the fare is good when the plates are fully depleted...really good country cooking. Do yourself a favour and tuck in.
