We just got back. Food was good, full English & continental for brekky, cold and hot buffet's @ lunch & dinner. Staff are super busy multi-taskers, so some can be a bit short with you. definitely 3*, could have done with a re-paint in our room.
The pool was small but adequate for us. Nicely shaded in parts so you can sit and read or jump in and catch the sun.
No air con in August in a noisy part of town wasn't good. Ear buds solved that problem so we could keep the balcony doors open to avoid suffocation and sleep deprivation!
It's close to all the bars, neon glitz, clubs and super cheap eateries so if that's your thing you'll love it. At night, one side of the main street in town leading to the sea front is jammed with crowds of 18-30's. primarily Spanish, German and French. Hardly any Brits.
Best parts we found for eating out and exploring are near the sea front and side streets off it. Check out Orient Express if you want a friendly Brit face and good food. They also speak 5 other languages I think. More
