We stayed at the end of July for a week. It is very large apart hotel with lots of apartments and huge grounds. 3 big pools united and 1 Baby pool. Although we reserved baby cot there was none in the room, so check over the phone before you arrive. The bus leaves you on the street then you walk up hill for 5-6 minutes. Very clean, hovewer in our opinion needs updating and is hardly 4 stars. Lovely entertaiment group - lovely with children and adults too. Nice zumba classes in the pool twice daily, also stretching classes. Mini disco every night for the kids. Mini club for them too - free one. Restaurant food- ok, too many meals with meat and fish everytime. Not so many vegetarian ones....Even if you arrive late -there is a food, saved for you. Room service daily. Not close to any bars or places to eat, so if you are self catering probably not the best place for you. Beach 20 min away.

Room Tip: If your room looks over the pools should be very crowded, so ask for other side.

im writing this review as a disabled traveler with walking difficulty's.
lets get the bad bits out the way first.
while booking 6 weeks before travel i requested a walk in shower as i have trouble standing on uneven surfaces like in a bath. travel republic replied within a day saying my request had been sent to hotel. 4 days before travel i get a reply from hotel saying sorry they do not have walk in showers but have baths with hand rails (at wrong end of bath). luckily our request to have rooms next door to each other was sorted out so if i needed help my friends were next door.
the main road upto hotel was a little steep for me but there was a sandy less steep path upto hotel which was easier. (thats the bad bits).
once i got to the hotel i have to admit it was excellent.
staff were very friendly. rooms were spotlessly clean and beds made almost every day. food was great with a lot of hot and cold buffet style choice.
the pool was excellent and very large so if the hotel was packed you didnt feel like crammed in sardines.the best bit for me was it had a walk in slope at one end. they had daily activitys like water vollyball and dance classes put on daily by the entertainments team.
there was a large arcade with pool tables and arcade machines to keep the kids happy. there was evening entertainment but we didnt see any as we went into town at night.
all in all this is a top class 4 star hotel which i will defo stay at again.

Room Tip: we requested 2 pool view rooms and got them at no extra charge.

just got back after a great week at this hotel our twin boys had a fantastic holiday and we had a great rest .Our room was great with comfortable beds very clean ,we noticed that they dont stop cleaning the hotel ,the pool area was clean and safe and we could relax as we could always see our children .Some people did moan about the food we found it ok im a head chef and i thought the food was ok sometimes could be a bit hotter but microwaves are supplied we never went hungry .The entertainment well we had a laugh not the best but they do try hard .We found gail on reception extremely helpful she makes time for you even when there is a que of people waiting she was polite and nothing was to much trouble for her .If i had a small moan about this lovely hotel it would be about the security i felt it was a bit open as there are large entrances either side of the pool area perhapes they should be a bit more secure , but this would not stop me going back .Great family holiday!!

Room Tip: ask for a pool view its a great view

This is a very nice hotel. The reception area was spacious and reception staff very helpful.
It has a large pool area with plenty of beds. There is no real rush in the mornings to secure sunbeds but would advise you go down at about 8.30 to get a spot of your choice.
Small pool for kids and the big pool not too deep. It is very clean. All the sunbeds and poolside are washed down every morning. There are also a couple of games rooms and plenty for the kids.
The resteraunt food is ok. Quite tasty but very repetitive. They do love their fish and pork, though they do vary the type of fish and pork dishes.
Daytime AI snacks consisted of kebabs, burger, pizza, salad and chips everyday. Nice though!
We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and it was very clean and comfortable. Beds were a bit on hard side though.
Bar and resteraunt staff are miserable as sin. Thought I saw one smile but it was wind.
Entertainment was rubbish all week but all in all a very enjoyable holiday.

Room Tip: Ask for a pool view.

Nice apartments, glad we didn't go all inclusive as the food was terrible. The cleanliness in the restaurant was terrible for a so called 4 star hotel. The staff need some training in customer service skills too. Also purchases some wine to have with my evening meal only to get it back the next evening almost empty. Ended up eating out as the food was so bad plus gross hairs on and around the food. Will not be returning to this hotel.

Very nice hotel for a family with children and couples who do not mind that there is noise from the pool as there are many children.
Our view was sublime from 5 floor. apartment no 541 as there were good views of both the pool and the sea.
The slight drawback is that there is no tea towel, dish brush and dish soap so be sure to bring from home.
Wi-fi will cost € 15 for 7 days and you can also use the computers in the reception as shown costs € 1-2 per 10 min.
Rather take out and dine in the evening than at the hotel ... The hotel's buffet is nothing to boast about, but again very good for children ...
Is being provided for entertainment for the children throughout the day where adults can easily join. About tonight's disco for children + later for the adults ...
The hotel's location is a little on the outskirts of downtown. I think it is a BIG plus when in the city center there are many drunk  people  in evening / night!
Drinks are cheaper than beer!
