the hotel is located near Capitol, the center of Roxas City. COnsidering that I owned a travel agency, I got a discounted Price :). The room is great, Breakfast is okay, Service is okay.

The only slight negative is the noise from Cars from the street, I think the hotel did not install Sound Proof

Cozy, homey, clean and comfortable, as if you're visiting your grandmother's house--it doesn't feel like you're staying in a hotel. The furnishings are old-fashioned and quaint. The rooms are named after various former Filipino presidents. The location is good, in the middle of the city, but I prefer beachfront hotels. The staff is courteous and helpful. Overall, it's satisfactory, but there's not much to do in the hotel itself. It's strictly a place to crash while you explore.

This hotel is located at the heart of Roxas City, near the government offices, hospitals, banks - ideal for a business trip. The rooms are okay - clean, comfortable mattress & pillows (I appreciate that I had five pillows all to myself in my suite room =) ). The suite room with a matrimonial bed goes for only P1500/night. The room has cable tv, a personal ref, a lazyboy (doesn't work though). There is wifi access at the lobby for hotel guests. All in all, a very reasonable, comfortable hotel room at the heart of Roxas City.

The Hotel is absolutely Amazing , the ambiance fully Filipino the antique gallery is interesting they have also a lot of souvenirs to buy. i even ask to buy one of their display in the gallery but their not selling anymore because its the only display left. if you want to learn more about the Filipino culture , this place has gots a bit of pieces of history facts scattered around. from the suits its named after a Philippine President, to the Antique Display, i absolutely love the chandeliers by the stair case, the 24 hours service is amazing, not to mention the local seafood's that they are more than welling to buy for you in the market and pack it for you as part of their service. Toron de saba alamond is the best.

its a place to remember .. only a bit noise of the tricycle along the street.
surely i can recommend this to others.

Room Tip: rooms at the back are quite

" beautiful place non replaceable"

i choose to stay this Boutique hotel because of the trip advisory.. this is my second time. and its worth at all. a lot of adds we saw on the brochure about the hotels amenities and services but if you visit actual its not the same on the brochure they had.. especially its cleanliness . Roxas Presidents Inn its worth at all for their adds. especially the neatness of the room keep it up! :)

staff are very helpful, comfortable stay, i like Presidential Suite Roxas Suite room because of its ambiance. the location flexible its really on the heart of the city , walking distance to church, only a bit noise on the room located along the road so i request for another room luckily without any 2nd thought of the desk they give me a nice room w/c is roxas Suite . Thank you Guys.!

Room Tip: tips:music at the room will be grate

My Husband and I chose to stay at President's Inn, because of past positive comments on TripAdvisor; however, we were disappointed when we learned that the free pick-up from the airport (according to our confirmation email) and after numerous calls to the hotel to find-out where was the shuttle (around 30min late) and upon check-in we were charged P200 at the front desk for this service. Also, shortly after arrival in our hotel room (21), we discovered that the water wasn't working and once they decided to turn-on the water in room 21, the water ran with rust and corrosion in the shower, commode, and faucet. After 30min of non-stop rust in the room's water system we had to be relocated to another deluxe room.

The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable with an old world feel, and the food is very good indeed. The location is very central, being just off the main square. The comfort of the beds is excellent.
The only downside is the noise. The noise from the street permeates through the room and I needed to buy ear plugs to get some sleep. Double glazing would help a lot.
