On 7/14/2013, I stopped at the Roanoke Rapids restaurant on RT 158 and I-95. We were looking for a good steak dinner before we pushed south to Savannah, Georgia. As usual, the meal we ordered was prompt, the waitress efficient, and the steaks (Marshall Dillon) were excellent. What is best about the Texas restaurants are the rolls...I just love them-between us we (only two of us)ate 10-14 rolls..the salad was very fresh and tasty as well. Therefore, if you want a good sit down meal at reasonable prices, check this Texas restaurant out. Going south, it is off Exit 173 not too far after you cross the Virginia North Carolina border.
