The service was good & friendly. The room was clean, but had slight musty odor, the air conditioner worked well. the one of the beds had dry covers but the sheet and mattress was wet. called and changed our room. we would there again.

Pleasently surprised, Days Inns can be hit and miss, but this one for the price range was a hit. Clean rooms and a friendly staff go along ways when you are traveling and high marks for both here!!!! Will definitely stay here again.

I am no hotel snob, and often stay in lower-to-mid range motels while on the road. This place was a mess right from check in. I had booked through a travel agency I use for discount fares. The manager at the front desk was not familiar with it and questioned its legitimacy, and spent the better part of an hour calling his general manager and others, complaining that the discount was too steep, all while I had the travel agency on the phone ready to talk to him and explain that it's legit. I was finally checked in (it felt like reluctantly), and proceeded to my room. The breezeway areas around the elevator look as if renovation had started but been abandoned. Carpet leading to concrete, that sort of thing. The room itself was about what you'd expect, aside from the bathtub that provided a lovely shade of brown rusty water. You can hear every small conversation that goes on next door on either side. When returning to my room one night, a tweeked-out lady on the walkway begged me for a cigarette. This place felt like a little piece of the ghetto in an otherwise nice area. My advice is: if you're desperate and only need to stay one night and you happen to be right there, fine. If you book through any of the usual package travel companies, don't bother, because it will just confuse them and they'll complain that you're ripping them off for not paying rack rate. Not worth the price even with a discount. It felt like a no-tell motel.

We stayed in a number of budget hotels during a move from Texas to the Raleigh area, and of all of them we found this Days Inn the most accomodating and nicest. It is obvious the owners, managers, and staff all care about the hotel and the guests' needs. Our first room had been recently repainted as part of their general program of improvements to the hotel, and the paint was a bit much. Without any trouble, they happily switched us to another room, and made it clear that their primary concern was our comfort and happiness. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a good budget hotel in the Raleigh area.

We enjoyed our stay with family. It was quiet and Clean. Housekeeping were good. Front desk people were helpful. I like most good hot shower. It was pleasant watching the surrounding area from second floor.

Room Tip: We had fun with family. Sleep good.
